Terms and Conditions

1. Production time begins from approval of artwork i.e. paper proof.
2. Set-up and shipping charges will added in addition to all orders.
3. Minimums of $250.00 on printed items and $150.00 on blank items will apply. In some instances we can go below our minimums with a less than minimum charge. Call your customer service rep for more information.
4. Large volume discounts are available. Call for a quote.
5. Prepayment is required on all first time orders.
6. All products will be shipped via Ground unless otherwise specified by customer.
7. All orders are binding with a signed estimate.
8. ImageFIRST Specialties reserves the right to ship up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered and to invoice accordingly.
9. Acceptable artwork includes: Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or lower, CorelDRAW 9.0 or lower, or any other .eps or vector based art.
10. If you do not have usable art available, we can do simple typesetting which is billed at $35.00/hour or we can convert JPG, Tiff, BMP or other similar files into a usable art format billed at $65.00/hour. Most art takes about an hour to convert
11. All returned merchandise or cancelled orders are subject to set-up, art, shipping and restocking charges.
12. No returns on imprinted merchandise — all sales are final.
